Hey! So Glad You're Here.

Hello! My name is Trinity. I started this blog to share my journey to positivity in hopes of helping others to do the same. I have not been diagnosed as depressed or anxious but I have suffered from both of these feelings for years. In recent times, my feelings of mild depression and anxiety started to act up again and it has interfered with me being able to enjoy my life. Despite this, I know that life is a gift. I titled my blog "Today is a Gift," because each and every day that we live is a gift. We need to focus on the many gifts of life rather than the trials we are facing. With the help of my friends and family I am learning new ways to overcome my feelings of depression and anxiety. As I progress, I will share these tips with each of you. I hope that my blog will be a source of positivity for everyone who reads it. Let's be brave together.
